Alright, here's my third and last superhero.
Backblast, he can absorb energy(except fire) directed at him, be it through lightning bolts of a chunk of wall, and use it to enhance his strength and do more damage. (He's a 500pt Gurps 4th character)
As for the costume... I know it's the same mask as Slipstream, but since I'll only be playing one or the other it's no big deal. And as you can see, I'm firmly of the "less-is-more" school of superhero costume design.
