a study of a character I'm developing called S.P.E.C.T.R.E.
it stands for:
Special
Purpose
Espionage
Counter-
Terrorism and
Reconaisance
Equipment/Ensemble
I know he looks a little like Snake Eyes but it's entirely coincidental.
I really wanna do a comic with him.
The concept is he's an ex-green beret who was chosen by the government to test out a new, top-secret weapon, the S.P.E.C.T.R.E. suit. When the project was canceled it was decided that it was better to "neutralize" him than to let him go on knowing about this project... He found out, infiltraited the compound, stole the suit, destroyed the lab nd blew up the building. He's now a free-lance assassin.

What does not kill me, was killed before it even had the chance
-It can send an electrical charge over the surface of the suit that incapacitates anyone in contact with it.
-It can imitate the color paterns of any surface it comes into contact with, not perfectly but very close.
-It has a self-contained atmosphere and is pressurized for up to and including full vacuum.
-It has a woven titanium mesh over vital areas, this is on top of it's already kevlar layering.
-
Goggles have infrared, heat, magnifiction, and all that good stuff. And also can track any modified weapons.
His weapons consist of an FN Five-seveN, 3 Tanto Combat Knives, and a collapsable stun baton
